Friends I bought this docking station with the hope to use it on my brand new Harman Kardon Receiver HK3490. This Docking Station is suggested on the same amazon page as an add on for this receiver, but it seems that no one has checked the connector compatibility. The port on the back of my receiver for the BRIDGE is much smaller than the one that comes with this article. So as I leave in Venezuela, and the items took long to arrive here, now I am not able to complete a return with a full refund. Any one has an idea for a connector conversion that may be used to still use this dock ¿?

I purchased the HK 2600 AVR along with The Bridge III and have had no issues with compatibility. I know it only works with a few of the receivers, like the 2600 and 3600 for sure. But it’s a must have if you own an ipod or iphone! I can record a video on my iphone and then play it on my tv through the receiver! The playlists, songs, artist all appear on screen from the ipod. It also lets you toggle from using the remote to the ipod directly to pick songs or artists! The sound is fantastic!

This product works perfectly and as expected! It’s only compatible with 2 HK receivers. We have a 2600 and it’s one of the compatible ones and are VERY pleased with the product. On-screen interface and album art, too -

If you have a compatible amp, get this for your ipod – it’s BY FAR the cheapest you will find it.
